What we won't ask for
We don't run a content marketing pipeline. No drip emails, no webinars, no Calendly links to a 30-minute demo. The first conversation is a conversation.
The honest answers.
Are you a consultancy or a product?
Both, on purpose. The product (Phantom + Marzy) is the thin substrate. The consulting (forward-deployed engineers) is the thick value layer. Pricing reflects both.
Will you train your model on our data?
No. Foundation models are utilities. Your data sits in your tenant, never leaves your contractual perimeter, and never trains a model owned by anyone but you.
Where does this run?
Per-tenant Cloud Run + Cloud SQL on GCP, fronted by Cloudflare. Deployable inside your cloud account on request — the substrate is portable on purpose.
How long until production?
Twelve weeks for most clients. Discovery in week 2, model in week 5, first operator UI in week 6, Marzy in production by week 12. See Process for the full shape.
